Thursday, the Springfield Mall held a yoga class for babies. It was a chance for mothers to get out with their children and participate in fitness of the mind and body.

Here's a stretch -- yoga at the mall, for little kids. Springfield Mall in Pa. is hosting "Yoga for Fun and Fitness" on Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30 am, hopefully in between breakfast and nap time for the little yogis from ages 1 to 5, parent alongside, of course.
